Preparing the infrastructure

Before deploying Secure DNS Log Management Forwarder, you must prepare your infrastructure.

The preparation includes the following steps:

1. Configure network access from the IP address 37.18.109.192 (which will send Secure DNS events) to the Secure DNS Log Management Forwarder virtual machine host over TCP port 18443 (disable SSL Inspection on next-generation firewalls).

2. Configure network access from the Secure DNS Log Management Forwarder virtual machine host to your SIEM over the protocol and port specified in the system settings.
