Diagnosing Secure DNS Log Management Forwarder container statuses

To diagnose container statuses:

1. From the TUI main menu select Diagnostics and click OK.

   The following information appears:

   

2. Verify the output meets these criteria:

   • All containers are on the list.

   • The Status field for all containers shows Up for one minute or more. This indicates normal operation.
     If the Status field for any container shows a value of less than one minute, it means the container is restarting frequently due to a configuration error. In this case, check that container's log.

3. Click OK.

You will return to the Diagnostics menu.
